Our highly trained technicians offer a wide range of services to provide the answers you need for rewarding product decisions. Consumer Science facilities include two fully-equipped laboratories with a wide array of quality assurance testing equipment; two computerized sensory testing laboratories; and a soundproof studio for focus panels which is equipped with a one-way mirror and audio and video recording capabilities.

Conducting consumer research, focus groups and sensory testing informs you of how consumers will interact with your products. Our retail audits, quality assurance testing and analysis help you provide high quality products to the consumer. Consumer feedback is critical in gaining and keeping customers after products are sold. Our consumer response service works quickly and effectively ensuring customers with complaints find satisfaction in the response they receive.
